- Orders that cannot be serviced at the provided address may be declined or cancelled, with any eligible amounts refunded.

Once your order is processed and handed over to the shipping partner:

4. Transfer of Risk and Responsibility

- Once an order has been shipped / handed over to the third‑party courier or logistics provider, the risk and responsibility for loss, damage, delay, or non‑delivery transfers to you / the purchaser, subject to the courier’s own terms and conditions.
- RASYA Foundation does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, delays, or other issues occurring after the shipment has been dispatched to the third‑party shipping provider.
This includes, without limitation:
- delays in transit;
- mishandling or damage in transit;
- loss or mis‑delivery by the courier;
- failure by the recipient to accept, collect, or provide necessary details for delivery.
5. Proof of Shipment
Upon request, RASYA Foundation can provide proof of shipment, which may include:
- courier receipt or shipping label;
- tracking number or consignment reference (where available);
- shipment date and basic shipment details.
Providing proof of shipment is our confirmation that the order was dispatched as per the shipping details shared by you. Any subsequent issues must generally be taken up by you directly with the respective shipping or logistics provider, subject to their terms.
6. Delivery Attempts and Non‑Delivery
Delivery will be attempted by the shipping provider in accordance with their own rules. Non‑delivery can occur if:
- the address provided is incomplete or incorrect;
- the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the shipment;
- the shipment is not collected from the courier or pickup point within the stipulated time.
In such cases:
- the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of, depending on the courier’s policy;
- additional charges may apply for re‑shipping, if re‑shipping is possible;
- we may, at our discretion, treat the order as fulfilled where non‑delivery is due to circumstances under your control (for example, incorrect address or failure to collect).
7. Inspection on Delivery
Where possible, we recommend that you:
- inspect the outer packaging upon delivery;
- report visible damage directly to the courier at the time of delivery (where allowed by the courier’s process);
- notify us promptly if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, along with any supporting details or images we may request.
Our ability to assist in cases of transit damage is limited and will depend on:
- the timing and completeness of your notification;
- the courier’s policies;
- the specific terms applicable to the product you purchased.
