Cancellation and Refund

This Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies to purchases of products and services made through https://rasya.org or directly from RASYA Foundation, unless otherwise stated in writing.
1. General Policy
- All bookings, consultations, and product purchases are processed in accordance with the details provided at the time of order.
- By confirming a booking or purchase, you agree to this Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms before confirming any order.
2. Appointment / Service Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service:
- You must contact us within the time window (if specified on the booking page or in your confirmation communication).
- Where a specific cancellation window is defined (e.g., 24 hours before appointment), that rule will govern eligibility for rescheduling or credits.
If no specific cancellation window is communicated for a particular service, cancellations and rescheduling will be handled on a best‑effort and discretionary basis by RASYA Foundation, and we may:
- offer rescheduling where feasible; or
- treat the booking as consumed if insufficient or no notice is provided.
3. Product Order Cancellations
For physical products or devices (for example, hearing aids and accessories):
- Order cancellation requests must be made as early as possible before the item is prepared for dispatch.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If we are able to cancel before dispatch, we may:
- issue a refund of the amount paid, subject to any applicable charges (for example, payment gateway fees or administrative charges); or
- offer store credit, where applicable.
Our ability to cancel will depend on the status of your order at the time we receive your request.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product or service:
- Consultations / professional services: Generally non‑refundable once the appointment has commenced or the service has been rendered.
- Digital or non‑returnable items (if any): Typically non‑refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
- Physical products: Refunds, if allowed, may be subject to the condition of the returned product and any applicable restocking, inspection, or handling fees.
If a refund is approved:
- it will be processed to the original method of payment (or as store credit, where appropriate), within a reasonable time;
- we may deduct any applicable transaction, shipping, or handling charges incurred.
5. Returns (Where Applicable)
If return of a physical product is permitted (for example, due to damage, defect, or as part of a declared return window):
- you must contact us promptly with order details and any supporting information (such as photos of damage, if requested);
- the product must be returned in the condition specified in our instructions (which may include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase).
We reserve the right to:
- inspect the returned product;
- approve or reject the return and refund, based on the condition and compliance with the applicable terms communicated at purchase.
6. Non‑Refundable Situations (Illustrative)
Without limiting our rights, refunds are generally not issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the service has been rendered or product has been used.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, unauthorised repairs or alterations by the customer.
- Failure to follow instructions for use, maintenance, or care.
- Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without sufficient prior notice, where such notice is required.
7. Modifications to this Policy
We may update or modify this Cancellations & Refunds Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on https://rasya.org with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of our Services or continued purchases after any changes means you accept the revised policy.
